Timeless Bluegrass and Magical Duets
Art and Stephanie Stevenson have been playing music together since the 1990s, when they fronted Art Stevenson High Water, a regionally popular traditional bluegrass band. They released several exciting, well-received CD albums with High Water,
highlighted by their duet singing, their solid bass and guitar rhythm, and High Water’s hard-driving bluegrass sound.
Stephanie took a break from the music scene in 2020, but in 2026 she is back on stage with Art again, to the delight of their many fans!
Long-time band mates banjoist Dale Reichert and mandolinist Chris Silver join Art and Stephanie for a power packed stage show. From bluegrass and honky tonk country duets to original songs and exciting harmonica instrumentals, Art and Stephanie Stevenson make a lasting impression on audiences and music scholars alike.
